The MVRS Auxiliary was established in 1989 to support and assist the Squad.

Since that time the Auxiliary has sponsored several fundraising activities including bake sales and selling 911 emergency flashing lights. These funds have been used to buy items for the use of Squad members such as a pool table, books and dishes and cookware for the kitchen.

The Auxiliary also treats the Squad members and their families and friends to special dinners several times a year. Other activities include assisting at Camp Rescue.

All members of the community, men and women, are welcome to join the Auxiliary.
