Notes:

1. The fee for taking the class is $25.00, regardless of county of residency. The fee shall be obtained prior to giving any books to perspective class members, due to the high cost of the books.


2. Glenn Mantell shall be responsible for coordinating CPR instruction for any new members or anyone needing CPR other than during a normal class.


3. Please make sure copies of your latest cards are in the file cabinet so those instructors from other training centers can make copies as needed when using multiple instructors.


4. It is the member's responsibility to attend the CPR recertification class that will be given PRIOR to expiration. All cards are issued for two years. Failure to attend the recertification calls may result in the member's membership status changing, and the member will be responsible for obtaining the recertification.
