MVRS has been recognized by the Virginia Association of Counties for an achievement award. Mathews'”Operation AED” received one of only seventeen awards in the state out of seventy-nine entries. At the September 26th Mathews Board of Supervisors Meeting at the Old Courthouse (7 PM), Mathews County and MVRS received the award from a VACO representative.
